Information you choose to enter
Care records may include nicknames, photos, medicines, schedules, dose and injection logs, notes, stock, expiry dates, expenses, care rosters, health readings and lab results. Birth date, sex and height are optional health profile fields. Only enter information you have permission to use.
Device, iCloud and backups
Records are stored on your devices. If you enable iCloud sync, they are also stored in your Apple Account's CloudKit private or shared database. Photos are included. Apple operates iCloud under its own terms and privacy policy. The developer does not operate a server receiving your care records. Backup files go wherever you choose to save or share them.
Helpers and exports
Inviting a helper shares the selected person's records through iCloud, including permitted health information, notes and photos. Permission may allow viewing or editing. Only invite people you trust. Stopping sharing does not erase copies or exports already saved by someone else.
How information is used
The app uses your entries to display plans, schedule reminders, estimate stock and produce records and reports. Recognition of medicine packaging text runs on the device, with supported on-device Apple Intelligence where available. PeaKeeper does not integrate HealthKit or send records to a third-party AI service.
No advertising or sale of health data
We do not use advertising, tracking or third-party analytics SDKs, sell health data or use it for targeted advertising. Apple processes purchases. Apple may provide app diagnostics and store analytics according to its settings and policies. This website has no analytics, advertising cookies or email collection form; the hosting provider may retain ordinary access logs for operation and security.
Your choices and deletion
You can edit records, stop sharing, turn off sync, export a backup or use Delete All Data in the app. Cloud changes require a connection to finish. Deleting the app alone does not necessarily remove iCloud records, backups, exports or copies held by helpers. We cannot log into your Apple Account or delete those copies for you.
Permissions and authority
Camera, photos, notifications, alarm reminders and biometric app locking depend on your choices and system permissions. You may change permissions in device settings. Obtain appropriate authority before entering or sharing another person's information. The service is intended for adults managing their own or family care, not for children to use independently.
Support messages
When you email support, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. Avoid sending medical records, passwords or unnecessary personal details. We use messages to answer and resolve your request, keep them only as needed for that purpose or legal obligations, and handle deletion requests by email.
